The map below shows the zones where we routinely staff loads. Files outside these zones are not refused on principle — they are quoted with the carrier surcharge written into the file before it is opened. No surprise add-ons.

Western lane — Lviv corridor
Routine; covered by three of the contracted carriers. Vinnytsia is on-lane.
Eastern lane — Kharkiv corridor
Active with a security and dispatch-window surcharge written into the quote. Cherkasy and Dnipro are on-lane stops.
Southern coast — Odesa drops
Drop and pickup only; we do not operate maritime auxiliary despite the registry record. Land-side handover only.
