Services in detail

Four lines, each one staffed and measured.

Each service line below is staffed against the rostered crews and contracted carrier base listed on the Operations page. If a quote sits outside the four lines, we will say so and refer you on rather than improvise.

Cargo handling

Dockside loading, unloading and on-pallet supervision.

The core line. Two-person and three-person crews work loading and unloading at our two contracted warehouse sites in Kyiv oblast and, where the file calls for it, at the shipper's own gate. Each file is closed with a signed transfer-of-custody sheet and a photo set of the load at seal.

We handle dry palletised cargo and small-package consolidation. Refrigerated and hazardous cargo are accepted only with prior assessment and only via carriers already certified for the lane. We do not lift abnormal-dimension or oversized loads.

Warehouse operations

Short-stay and contract storage with weekly position reports.

Two warehouse locations in Kyiv oblast operate under our cargo-handling contract: a primary cross-dock site for fast turnover and a secondary site for contract storage up to roughly 1,200 pallet positions. Both sites are dry, ambient and palletised — no cold chain on site.

Inventory is taken on receipt, scanned to the file and reconciled weekly. The shipper receives a position report by email every Monday for the previous week, plus a short cycle-count note on any line that moved more than a single position in either direction.

Transport auxiliary

Carrier coordination and proof-of-delivery handling.

The dispatch desk runs the file between the shipper, the carrier and the consignee. Routes are built against the contracted carrier base — six vetted regional carriers, each with a service-level agreement on dispatch window, photo proof and exception reporting.

We do not act as a customs broker, a forwarder of record, or a non-vessel-operating carrier. Domestic Ukrainian lanes only. International files are referred to a partner forwarder by name with no markup applied.

Logistics consulting

Scoped engagements, not retainer.

When a shipper asks for help outside a recurring file, we accept short consulting engagements on a fixed-scope basis. Typical scopes are: per-lane cost review, dock-flow audit at one site, or a half-day workshop for a small receiving team on cycle-count discipline.

We do not sign open-ended retainer agreements and we do not propose strategic restructurings. The output of a consulting engagement is a written brief and, where it makes sense, an offer to take the underlying file into the operating lines above.
